This lobed bowl, in the shape of a begonia flower, features a shallow belly, slightly flared rim, and a neatly finished foot. The porcelain body is exceptionally fine—smooth and creamy like congealed fat. Its outer walls are entirely enameled with famille rose glaze, a palette composed of twelve tonal gradations including rouge pink, peacock blue, and turquoise green. These pigments were meticulously ground from imported Western borosilicate minerals under secret court formulas developed by the Imperial Workshops.

Of particular note is the use of the rare “Jilan Dianjin” (霁蓝点金) pigment for the dragon’s pupils—a deep sapphire blue with golden accents, achieved through seven purification steps to render a luster as profound as a starlit night sky. The glaze overall is glassy and opalescent, with bright enamels applied over fine underdrawings in cobalt blue. The coloration is vivid and layered, with remarkable clarity.

The principal motif features a five-clawed golden dragon soaring through clouds—its scales finely rendered like threads, whiskers flowing with lifelike energy, and eyes radiant with imperial authority. Encircling the dragon are blooming lotuses: their pink petals gently unfurling, green leaves curling like waves, their veins outlined in gold, revealing the delicate interplay of light and shadow.

The bowl’s interior remains a pure snowy white, its soft glaze gleaming subtly, providing a visual balance to the elaborate exterior. On the base is a neatly rendered six-character reign mark in cobalt blue: Made in the Yongzheng Reign of the Great Qing, with confident brushwork.

This piece seamlessly integrates court-style painting and imperial kiln craftsmanship. The commanding presence of the dragon and the elegant fluidity of the lotus unite into a singular vision of power and harmony—quintessential traits of Yongzheng-era famille rose porcelain, renowned for its paper-thin body and embroidery-like enamel painting.

A rare convergence of top-tier imperial artistry and Qing philosophical symbolism, this work embodies the peak of Yongzheng enamel porcelain. Comparable examples are preserved only in the National Palace Museum in Taipei and the British Museum. In private hands, such pieces are vanishingly rare. The five-clawed dragon denotes exclusive imperial usage, while the lotus motif subtly conveys the ideal of peaceful governance (zhengtong renhe). Rich in both aesthetic and historical value, this bowl—with its well-documented lineage—is truly an unattainable treasure for any serious collector.

此盆為海棠式淺腹造型,口沿微撇,圈足平穩,整器線條婉轉流暢。胎骨細潤如脂,質地緻密潔白。外壁通體施以珐琅彩釉,釉色溫潤晶瑩,色階細膩柔和。所用彩料皆為宮廷造辦處秘製,採用西洋進口硼酸鹽礦物精研而成,調製出胭脂紅、孔雀藍、松石綠等十二種顏色階次。尤以龍睛所用「霁藍點金」彩最為稀罕,經七道提純,方得幽藍深邃,如夜空般澄澈沉穩,閃現金光。

整體紋飾以青花勾線填彩,色彩明艷富層次。主紋為五爪金龍騰空於雲霧之間,龍鱗細密如絲,須髯靈動飄逸,龍目炯炯有神,威儀自現。其側以荷花環繞點綴,粉瓣綻放輕柔,翠葉翻卷如波,葉脈以金線勾勒,隱隱流動光影,設色精巧,構圖疏密相宜,氣韻生動。

內壁施素白釉,色澤如雪,釉面柔光泛潤,與外壁繁麗華彩形成雅俗相映、虛實互補之妙。器底青花書「大清雍正年製」楷款,筆力遒勁,法度森嚴。

全器集御窯造型之美、宮廷繪畫之工於一體,金龍之尊與清荷之雅交融於方寸之間,盡顯雍正朝珐琅彩瓷「器薄如紙、彩繪如繡」之極致工藝與帝王美學精神。

此件作品凝聚了雍正年間珐琅彩瓷頂級技術與審美理想,其五爪龍紋象徵皇權尊貴,荷花則蘊含「政通人和」之治國理念,為藝術性與歷史性兼備之官窯巨制。存世同類器僅見於台北故宮及大英博物館,民間傳世者極為稀少。器型風格承脈有序,來源清晰,誠為可遇不可求之藝術瑰寶!
